Paris Saint-Germain will sign Ousmane Dembele two weeks after announcing their desire to activate his Barcelona release clause.

After the release clause was activated, Dembele signed personal terms with PSG, but Barcelona’s negotiations with the player’s agent over the 50/50 transfer price split have stalled the move. That seems sorted now.
Barcelona will be upset to lose Dembele, but the finances will allow them to register all their first-team players before their La Liga opening against Getafe on Sunday.
